UW Farming still possible with monk? - Guild Wars Forums

Creatures walk away when I use baltahazar's aura,thnx to the new update of arena.net. Is farming still possible with Mo/W?

I've heard that it can be done with the old builds, but it is very, very slow. I don't know if anyone has yet come up with a better way to do it.

i heard its still possible, but no more spell breaker...have to use shield of judgement which i havnt perfected yet...damn them nightmares...

2 man runs are 3 times faster so it doesnt make sense to solo it anymore.

Yeah, it can easily be done with 2 (Mo and N/Me works well)

Well, once I get my monk ascended...I'm going to try a MO/W build using smite/axe/tactics/healing/protect (pump whatever I got left into protect though)...It's a shame we don't have that many attrib. points...Oh well, I can work with it....with zealous upgrade for more energy when using cyclone...It's not full proof yet cuz I have yet to decide what I want to bring..

Yup its still possible, just a lot slower paced, since they run away due to the anet aoe update and get stuck pulling them back. Yup still alive, just irritating having to go so slow and repulll axes
